Cancellation Refund Policy

Although many individuals and companies rely on Hostlim for Internet services, it is still clear that 100% of users will not be satisfied. This is not possible in any business sector.


A 14-day money back guarantee is provided for new services purchased through Hostlim. The return process is performed as described below.


All refunds will be made within 30 business days.


The refund request must be sent in writing by the end user who purchased the service within 7 calendar days to generate a support notice for the relevant service / services from the customer’s area and if there is any service requested to be returned. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the end user submits the return request. Other than that, refund requests are not considered.


Products not covered by the return policy:


1) Domain name
2) Security certificate and all kinds of software license services
3) Services or products that are renewed for the next period
4) Physical or virtual server and personalized services or products
5) Consulting and brokerage services
6) Technical support and installation services
7) Services provided through third party service providers
8) Rights acquired through free, sponsorship or campaigns
9) Credits arising from refund transactions added to the customer’s account or from the customer’s direct loan amounts.



Cash refunds: Refunds can be made to the payer (for example, to the person who made the transfer if it is a bank transfer, to the relevant credit card for credit card payment) for the services requested for a refund. However, this refund does not include refunds of services (license, security clearance, business and technical services, freight, bank charges, etc.) received with the relevant service and are non-refundable.


Refund as credit: After the services requested for refund are canceled and the non-refundable portion is deducted from the total amount, it can be added to the customer account as credit to reactivate the purchase of the service. Credits added as credit or added directly by the customer can not be repaid in cash.


The necessary refund costs belong to the end user and will be refunded after deduction from the total refund amount.


The end user can cancel the refund request at any time by giving written notice before the refund process.


These return conditions are binding on Hostlim and the individual and / or institution as the final consumer. Anyone purchasing a service through Hostlim is considered to have accepted these policies in advance.


Cancellation procedure


You must log in to the Hostlim client panel with your username and password and create a cancellation request from the product page you want to cancel.


In case of cancellation requests, the service will remain active until the end of the service period and the service will not be irrevocably canceled and invoiced at the end of the service period. In case of cancellation requests that you send with the immediate selection, the invoicing will not be done again for the relevant service and the service will be canceled irrevocably on the same day.


All products and services we sell are services purchased through the iterative process and unless you request a cancellation, the system will send you a proforma invoice and related reminder emails.


Refund requests listed for the cancellation reason given during the cancellation process will not be considered. Refund requests can also be submitted in the form of a new support ticket to the accounting department via the support notice.



Cancellation and refund procedures are different, the cancellation process informs you that you will not use the service in the next period and that you do not want to create a new invoice and the refund process informs you that you are returning the purchased product and also request a refund.

Your account credits will automatically pay for your invoices, so users should turn off auto-renewal of services that cannot be renewed at the end of their term (auto-renewal can be turned on / off on the relevant service page) , otherwise the services will be automatically renewed if there is credit in your account and this transaction is not possible.
